Jennifer Sun is a film composer and music collaborator from Hong Kong, based in Los Angeles and New York. She is passionate about telling stories through music and developed a strong interest in film music from an early age. Jennifer began studying piano at the age of four and started teaching herself voice at thirteen, which marked the beginning of her musical journey.

She graduated from New York University with a Master’s degree in Screen Scoring. In her creative work, Jennifer has gradually developed her own distinctive voice. She is skilled in creating experimental electronic music and integrating sound design with musical structure, forming a unique musical language.

Jennifer is especially strong at using jazz harmony to enrich the color of her music while combining it with modern production techniques to create works with greater depth and expressiveness. In addition to composition and production, she also has strong vocal abilities, specializing in pop and jazz singing. She is able to incorporate the human voice naturally into her music, enhancing its emotional expression.
